The White River lighthouse is located west of Whitehall, Michigan at the mouth of the White River as it enters Lake Michigan. This beautiful brick structure also serves as a museum. To find the lighthouse, travel east on White Lake Dr. from US 31. Then turn left on S. Shore Dr. when you get to the river. Follow S. Shore Dr to Murray Rd. Turn right (north) and go to the end of the road. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, we give it 4 stars.
