The Saginaw River Range Light is located on the west side of the Saginaw River. It is best viewed from the east side of the river. Take Pine Street north out of Bay City from MI 25 (Center Ave.) The only place that you can see the lighthouse is from the Coast Guard Station. Due to heightened security since September 11, 2001 you may not be allowed access to the river. We were there in October 2001 and given permission after presenting valid IDs. We give it 1.5 stars on our scale of 1 to 5 stars.
